Every room comes with a double bed and a dedicated workspace. Utilities, internet and laundry are included, so there are no separate bills and no setup to worry about. You can stay by the week or by the month.

We have three room types. All of them are private rooms with a double bed and a work desk.

We don’t offer a nightly rate. The shortest stay is one week.

Facilities and common areas
The villa is set up so you can live and work without leaving. Shared spaces include:
- A lounge and coworking area on the ground floor.
- A shared kitchen with everything you need to cook.
- Common bathrooms. Two rooms have a private bathroom.
- Social areas for meals and downtime with other guests.
Other services
- Support with visa extensions and the Colombian digital nomad visa if you decide to stay longer.
- 24/7 security in a quiet neighborhood.
- Social activities most weeks: beach volleyball, karaoke nights, yoga and monthly outings like hikes, boat trips and finca visits.
- Help finding a private rental in El Rodadero, Playa Salguero or Pozos Colorados if you want more privacy and still want to join the social events.

Five minutes’ walk to Playa El Rodadero. Fifteen minutes from Santa Marta (SMR) airport, with cheap flights across Colombia. Ten minutes to downtown Santa Marta by taxi or bus.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a daily rate? No. The shortest stay is one week (the Bronze plan). Monthly options are Silver and Gold.
What does the monthly price include? A private room with a double bed and a work desk, utilities, high-speed fiber internet, laundry, purified water, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. There is no deposit and no first and last month’s rent.
Are utilities included? Yes. Utilities and internet are part of the rate. You won’t get separate bills.
Is the kitchen equipped? Yes. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook.
How strong is the internet? We run fast fibre internet, so video calls, uploads and cloud sync work without the lag or outages common in some parts of Colombia.
Can I stay short-term or long-term? Both. We offer weekly stays and monthly options. For longer stays, we can help with visa extensions and the digital nomad visa. If you’d prefer a private condo, we can help you rent one nearby and you’re still welcome to join the social events.
