What to Expect:

We’ll walk barefoot along the shoreline at a slow, intentional pace, pausing regularly to drop into the present moment through sensory immersion practices drawn from the 7 peak experiences: flow, mindfulness, gratitude, love, awe, wonder, and nonduality in the book Mindful Walking Meditation.

The session includes:

5:33 PM β€” Arrival & Grounding

Remove your shoes. Feel the warm Caribbean sand. We begin with the 5 Senses Grounding Practice, noticing 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.

5:50 PM β€” The Mindful Walk

We walk southward along the beach using Thich Nhat Hanh’s mantra: walk as if your feet are kissing the earth. Feel reverence and gratitude for the ocean, the air, the fading light, and the life all around you.

6:00 PM β€” The A.W.E. Technique at Water’s Edge

As the sun nears the horizon, we pause. Bring your full Attention to the colours and movement of the sea. Witness the feeling in your body. Then Exhale slowly, letting the awe expand.

6:10 PM β€” Beginner’s Mind Walk Back

On the return, we invite your inner child to experience everything as if for the very first time, noticing the texture of the sand, the sound of the waves, the deepening colours of the sky.

6:15 PM β€” Sunset Circle We gather to witness the sunset together in shared silence, then close with a brief group reflection: What are you grateful for in this moment?

6:33 PM β€” Close We part ways refreshed, recharged, and reconnected, carrying the golden light with us. Stay around to chat and meet people if you’d like
